Want to diversify your garden and experiment with some unusual food plants well-suited to this climate?
This workshop can help to fill you in on some of those plants typically used in permaculture systems that are multi-purpose and ideal for Brisbane's sub-tropical climate. In this workshop you'll look at plants such as taro, cassava, yacon, arrowroot and lemongrass amongst others, and discuss their wide range of culinary and garden uses.
